Agarwal online platform - Packers and movers online crime - Be Careful

Hi,

I booked Agarwal Packers and movers to shift my household items from Mumbai to Bangalore. They took the entire money from me and give bills. 

They are promised to deliver the items in one week.

My Booking Date: 11/03/2020

Current Status of my booking in their portal: 

It's been more than 5 months, they failed to deliver my household items. No one is taking responsibility for another of my questions. 

If I call customer call, they redirect to me Bangalore office delivery head. They are irresponsible persons. Every time they asked my booking ID number and they simply said, within 10 minutes. I will call you back. But, they are very smart. After seeing my number they will not pick my call.

If this the delivery executive mistake then Agarwal packers should terminate those employees and pay us the penalty amount for this delay. 

Here's the mistake Agarwal Packers And Movers made one by one. 

1. Mumbai Agarwal packers executive start not to respond to our calls.

2. They are not following committed timings.

3. Agarwal customer care executives taking us here and there. No proper response.

4. They took my entire items and keep them on their godown. We don't have any control now.

5. Bangalore office people keep postponing our calls and queries.

Worst experience with Agarwal packers and movers. Don't book with them. Don't refer to your friends. In online, they buy reviews and make people fool. Doing these types of scam activities online. 

Agarwal Packers And Movers literally treat customers as slaves.

I need justice for my problem. Friends, it's the right time to show them customer online power. 

Again, if you face this kind of problem, like no one taking responsibility and delivery delay for more than 5 months. Who will accept these types of mistakes? 

In this COVID-19 lockdown period, we lost everything including career, job, household goods, and much more.
