Justdial Platform - Packers and movers online crime - Be Careful

             
I would like to share this serious issue happening in Packers and movers online world. In 2019, May month 1st week i started searching packers and movers in online. Found listing via justdial.com  and after that login with just dial. I got all different packers and movers numbers to my mobile as SMS. Now, i haven't started calling anyone. But, packers and movers started calling me and asking more details about my requirement in shifting. 

Finally, I got call from "Akshaya Packers And Movers" and here's their Justdial listing page - https://www.justdial.com/Chennai/Akshaya-Packers-And-Movers-Navalur/044PXX44-XX44-140318183838-D5Q6_BZDET

They have used multiple contact numbers to contact people and they have quote my very low price and try to catch my attention. 

Here's my requirement - I want to shift my household items from Chennai to srivilliputhur. I ask them price, they said Rs.8000 is enough to shift house hold items. How Rs.8000 alone is enough to shift things around 541 kilometer? They said they will use sharing basis and combine one or 2 customers household items in one truck and deliver to destination under this lowest price Rs.8000.

Note: They haven't visited my house and ask me to do advance payment and they haven't give any bills. I ask them the mode of of payment , They said through "google pay" pay the advance payment of 4000 and after shifting done with destination (srivilliputhur) make remaining payment of 4000. 

I booked their service for May 25th (2PM to 3PM) and deliver to destination (srivilliputhur)  on May 26th morning. They agreed on this timings. 

I make the 8000 payment and here's the reference screenshot for it from my google pay account. 

I reached to chennai and start calling "Akshaya Packers And Movers" point of contact. They not picked the call. Again i called them, they said their drivers held up with their existing package work. They make delay to come to my home for picking up items. They don't have any proper planning and purposefully making delay to create last minute pressure in our mind. 

No one is responding to our call and they keep making delay. They reach to my home night 8PM and make us rush and start using bad words and make noise in my house. We pay packers and movers to serve us not to scold us. They should know customer rights. 

Here's the mistake Akshaya Packers And Movers made one by one. 

1. They start not respond to our calls.
2. They are not following committed timings.
3. They are not deliver our items in destination and some of the items are missing. When i ask them again they start asking for more money to pay and to deliver missing items. 
4. They took my LG TV device and keep it on their godown.
5. They are using bad words and start complaining about my family members. Packers and movers don't have any rights to do this.
6. They are not producing any bills for delivery of goods.

Akshaya Packers And Movers literally treat customers as slaves.

All Packers And Movers (like  "Akshaya Packers And Movers")  should produce bills for any service. It's a crime happening in online now. 

Most of users and recent user reviews are showing "Akshaya Packers And Movers" and their service is worst. They quote to people with low price and after collecting items from user home, they put it on their godown. Asking more money to people and not deliver goods if people refuse to pay higher money to them.

Questions to Justdial platform:

1. Why Justdial is listing these type of peoples in their platform? 
2. Why justdial is not validating their quality of service, after receiving such fraud activities?
3. Why there's no value for user comments and reviews? If justdial is really series on reviews then why "Akshaya Packers And Movers" is still active?

Here's the problem with Justdial platform.

1. Users not having awereness on online fraud like "Akshaya Packers And Movers". Like me spend so much of time and energy to solve this problem. Now, my case issue is still in their customer service. Why they not putting any efforts to solve this problem? 

2. Justdial should provide end solution to customers like me. We trusted Justdial brand (amitabh bachchan is doing lot of ads for them). But we terribly failed in using justdial services. Justdial lost is quality of service. I won't use justdial and not recommend them to anyone. 

"Akshaya Packers And Movers" is completely online fraud and it's open available in justdial platform. Now, you decide who's the creating crime in online?

I written this article on 24/07/2017. I got this issue from MAY 2019. Why a corporate like justdial not giving any attention to user queries? Is justdial corporate not care about social responsibilities.

What happen to human rights? and consumer rights? Justdial can you answer this question and solve this problem. It will really help me.
