Agarwal online platform - Packers and movers online crime - Be Careful

Hi, I booked  Agarwal Packers and movers to shift my household items from Mumbai to Bangalore. They took the entire money from me and give bills.  They are promised to deliver the items in one week.  Here's my booking ID number: GCMUM192008381 My Booking Date:  11/03/2020 Current Status of my booking in their portal:  It's been more than 5 months, they failed to deliver my household items. No one is taking responsibility for another of my questions.  If I call customer call, they redirect to me Bangalore office delivery head. They are irresponsible persons. Every time they asked my booking ID number and they simply said, within 10 minutes. I will call you back. But, they are very smart.
